Need to ask more questions about our services?

We provide daily and weekly cleaning services for both domestic and commercial clients. Our services can be customized to meet your specific needs and requirements. Additionally, we offer professional pre- and end-of-tenancy cleaning services. Please note that we do not provide one-off cleaning, spring cleaning, builder cleaning, partial cleaning, or carpet cleaning services. We also offer turn-around accommodation cleaning services for students and serviced apartment cleaning in Cambridge. We do not offer steam carpet cleaning services.

We offer a minimum of two hours per week for domestic clients, with no maximum limit. However, the duration of the service may vary based on the size of your home and the daily/weekly tasks that need to be carried out. For commercial clients, our minimum visit duration is 4 hours per week.

We want to assure you that we are a fully insured company and hold all the necessary legal insurance. This means that we are covered in case of any accidental damage that might occur to your property or if any of our cleaners get injured when working in your home or business. Our public liability insurance covers up to ÂŁ1,000,000. However, it's important to note that there is a ÂŁ250 excess, so this insurance doesn't cover small breakages.

All candidates who wish to join our team, whether for domestic or commercial cleaning positions, must provide work references, proof of identity, and proof of address. We rigorously verify all references for their authenticity and conduct DBS checks whenever necessary. We take great care to thoroughly screen our cleaners before providing them with client details. We leave no room for compromise on these requirements.

Our standard hourly rate for domestic cleaning in Cambridge starts at ÂŁ20.00, including VAT. For most of the surrounding villages, the rate starts at ÂŁ21.00, including VAT. However, if you live in a suburban area, please contact us first so that we can check the availability of our cleaners in your local area. Please note that these hourly rates do not apply to one-off commercial cleaning, pre-/end-of-tenancy cleaning, and regular commercial cleaning. For these services, we provide separate quotes.

No! Please note that we do NOT provide these items for domestic clients. We only offer them to commercial clients when needed. We have found that most of our clients prefer this approach as it helps to keep costs down and ensures that our cleaners use the cleaning products you like in your home. Since our cleaners typically travel on foot, by bike, or by public transport, they cannot provide any cleaning equipment. Therefore, we kindly ask all domestic clients to provide a vacuum, mop, and bucket. Additionally, we advise our clients to ensure they have the following good quality cleaning products on hand for the best results before our cleaners visit:

  • -Rubber glove
  • -Limescale removal
  • -Kitchen cleaner
  • -Bathroom cleaner
  • -Floor cleaner
  • -Glass cleaner
  • -Dust cleaner
  • -Clean sponges and cloths (washed after each use)
  • -Microfibre cloths (washed after each use)

Note: We supply equipment, cleaning products and materials for pre-/end-of-tenancy cleaning, which we quote separately.⚠️Our domestic cleaners are prohibited from using corrosive cleaning products in your home.

For domestic clients, our contract is a minimum of three months long and automatically continues monthly. However, for commercial cleaning, we design the contract to meet the client's specific requirements.

We strive to accommodate your needs as much as possible, typically scheduling within a week based on your preferences and the day you'd like a cleaner to visit. However, for Pre/End of Tenancy cleaning and Commercial cleaning, we do need to check availability before confirming a booking. Please note, we do not offer One-Off cleans or Spring Clean services for domestic customers.

No. We offer cleaning services on a daily or weekly basis only. Most cleaners prefer to have a consistent income every week, and as there is a high demand for good cleaners, they usually work for clients who require their services on a daily or weekly basis.

Yes, our company admin fee is payable monthly via Standing Order rather than quarterly for domestic clients like most service providers. Please note that our services are payable in advance. To send you the invoice, we require a valid email address. Once you have booked a cleaner, the invoice will be sent only once and should be paid immediately using online banking. After retaining a cleaner, you must set up a Standing Order mandate for future payments to our bank account.

As for Commercial clients can either pay monthly in advance or after receiving the invoice on the agreed date.

Unfortunately, we only accept payment via Standing Order from our domestic clients. Any exception to this rule would cause administrative issues and extra costs.

We offer various service costs based on the size of the property and the level of cleaning needed. Larger properties and dirtier premises require more time to clean and use more materials than standard-sized properties. Although our standard quote is a fair estimate of the Pre/End of Tenancy cleaning cost, we request you provide us with as much information as possible about your home or business and your required cleaning services so that we can give you an accurate quote.

Payment for our cleaning services must be made immediately after completion of the work. Clients can pay in cash to the cleaners before they leave the property or pay in advance via our company bank account before the booking day. Alternatively, clients can choose to pay using an instant online banking facility. Once the payment is cleared, we will provide the service. We will also send you an invoice receipt when you request it. We do not accept personal cheques or any other means of payment. So that you know, this policy does not apply to our business customers. 

For our domestic clients, please ensure that you pay the cleaner the appropriate rate, either in cash or by fast bank transfer on the day they clean your property. On the other hand, our commercial clients must make electronic payments using BACS or Standing Orders to our business bank account. It's worth noting that all our cleaners assigned to commercial clients are directly employed by our company.

No, most domestic cleaners expect payment in cash or instant bank transfer on the day of cleaning. However, our company employs all commercial and end-of-tenancy cleaners directly.

In case your regular cleaner is unable to come for any reason, kindly inform the agency immediately. We will arrange for a cover cleaner to visit you within seven days. If we are unable to arrange a cover cleaner, we will refund the appropriate amount to you.

We schedule our cleaner's time according to our clients needs and provide Public Liability Insurance coverage for both cleaners and clients. As each cleaner is assigned to a specific client, the company fee is still applicable for any unused time slots. However, the cleaners will only be paid for the hours actually worked.

No, most cleaners prefer working only on weekdays, and since our office is closed on weekends, no one would be available to handle any issues that arise during that time.

We can arrange for a cleaner to come to your home as many days a week as you require for domestic cleaning. However, the minimum time needed for each visit is two hours. It would be unfair to ask the cleaner to travel to and from your home for just one hour of work. Please note that this requirement does not apply to our commercial clients.

Please note that our regular domestic cleaners are not trained to provide deep cleaning services, such as steam cleaning, carpet cleaning, oven inside deep cleaning, mould removal, or upholstery cleaning. Similarly, they are unable to perform one-off or after-build cleaning services. However, our specialist team offers professional and guaranteed end-of-tenancy cleaning services.

It is important to note that for health and safety reasons, your regular cleaner is not permitted to provide any of the below services as per H & S policy:

-Lifting heavy items
-Dusting and vacuuming of surfaces outside of normal reach
-Cleaning pet messes and heavily soiled areas
-Cleaning of mould and biohazardous material
-Deep stain removal
-Cleaning of garden and landscaping
-Cleaning of the balcony
-Cleaning outside of windows
-Garages and patios
-Extermination insects
-Touching and removing needles and syringes or anything that contains blood.

We always make an effort to verify the reliability of our cleaners by checking their references. However, there is always a possibility that something unexpected might happen, such as the cleaner getting sick or having to deal with a personal emergency. In such cases, they should inform you and the company as soon as possible. Unfortunately, there may be times when the cleaner fails to do so. If this happens, please contact the company immediately, and we will do our best to arrange an alternative cleaning service for you.

If you are pleased with the cleaner we provide, they will visit you every week. A substitute cleaner will only be assigned if your regular cleaner is ill, quits, or if you are dissatisfied with their work.

Yes, if you need to change your regular cleaning schedule, you should communicate with your cleaner. Please note that all our cleaners have weekly fixed slots per client. Fridays tend to be particularly busy, so it's best to avoid changing to a Friday if possible. It's also recommended that you do not change your allocated slot at all.
